During BetBoom Dacha Belgrade Season 2, kyotostxr spoke with MOUZ captain Kamil siuhy Szkaradek about his individual form, the team’s performances on stage, the unpredictability of matches against underdogs, the gap between tier one and tier two, his ideal map pool, and the strongest players in several individual categories.
It feels as though your statistics have declined slightly over the past few months. Do you pay attention to that, or are victories the only thing that matters to you?
It is not that I completely ignore it, but obviously my main priority is helping my team win. For a team to become the best in the world, all five players need to produce good statistics. So I need to work on that and help the team not only through my calling and leadership. I still have to perform well individually, and that is one of my goals.

Have MOUZ fixed their supposed problem of playing in front of crowds? How does the MOUZ Facility help you simulate the experience of a live audience?
I do not really think there is a problem. Other teams also play in front of crowds, lose matches and tournaments, and sometimes go a very long time without winning anything on stage. People talk about this issue, but in reality, things are not quite the way they imagine.
We had a good run in Cologne. We won the organization’s first-ever playoff match at the event, reached the semifinal, and played a very close series against NAVI. The MOUZ Facility does help us experience something similar to playing in front of a crowd. It is an excellent opportunity and probably gives us an advantage over other teams. I am sure that my teammates enjoy playing on stage. We simply need to do it more and more, and we will continue improving.
