This is your first LAN tournament with Polt. What can you say about Vadim as a coach? Before him, you worked with tonyblack. How different are their approaches, and what experience has Polt brought to your game?

Vadim has added many new things that he sees and that we now use. But I think that most of the time, we still play the way we did before. Vadim has adjusted it slightly and introduced some new ideas.

Looking at your HLTV statistics, your numbers are rather unusual for an in-game leader: you have a high opening-kill rating and strong utility usage. You are generally quite an aggressive captain. Is that your personal preference, or is this a role you discussed with Polt and tonyblack?

I simply try to do everything for the team—whatever the team needs in order to win. If I need to go in first, take space, drop weapons, or throw grenades, I will do all of it.
Overall, I play in whatever way the team needs so that my teammates feel more comfortable. We have young players who are very strong mechanically, and I try to give them more space and more opportunities to get kills.
I think that is simply how the situation developed. I do not mind it—I enjoy playing in this style.

One last question. Valve recently added Cache to CS2. Have you played the map? What do you think of it, and do you expect it to enter the Active Duty map pool after the Cologne Major?

I think Cache will be added after the Major because Valve has already released it in the game. I never played Cache before. I started playing Counter-Strike fairly late, around 2020 or 2021. By then, the map was already gone from FACEIT. I have not played it now either.
Overall, if they add it, that is fine. The main thing is that they do not remove one of our strong maps from the pool.
The map itself is fine, but I have barely played it.
