During Esports World Cup 2025, gridge spoke with Falcons’ Russian rifler Maksim kyousuke Lukin. The player explained what influenced his decision to join the international roster, compared the approaches of zonic and S0tF1k, and clarified how much time the team actually spent without computers during its bootcamp before IEM Cologne.
What was the decisive factor for you personally when choosing to join Falcons?
It was simply a feeling I had.

How would you compare S0tF1k and zonic? What are the main differences between them?
They are quite similar. That is probably how I would describe it.
— kyousuke
You performed very well individually at your first tournament with Falcons, IEM Cologne, but the team encountered some problems. Could the bootcamp without computers have affected the result?
We did not have a bootcamp without computers.
— kyousuke
We only spent two days without computers, and we practiced for the other eight or ten days.
For some reason, the community came to believe that we spent the entire bootcamp without computers.
That sounds quite strange.
And a question from babyMelo: would you rather feed one thousand dogs or one thousand cats?
One thousand dogs.
