After the match, kyotostxr spoke with team captain Rodrigo biguzera Bittencourt about the roster’s next step, paiN’s inconsistency, their Major preparation, Falcons’ strength, and how players can handle the pressure of their first LAN event.
Congratulations on the win! Reaching the semifinals is already a great result. Maybe it is time to win the whole event now. How are you feeling?
I hope so. I am feeling great.

I think it is time to take the next step: reach a final or achieve even more—maybe become champions.
As you said, I think we have to grow up as a team now. It is our time, and we are feeling extremely confident.
You have looked solid against top-tier opponents, but sometimes individual maps seem to be missing. How would you rate paiN’s current form from zero to ten?
I often say that you never know which paiN Gaming is going to enter the server.

If the best version of paiN shows up, it is probably a nine out of ten. But on a bad day, we may be around a six.
You never really know what to expect on a given day. I hope we have more nines and fewer sixes.
The Major is coming soon. How different is this event for you? Do you try to avoid showing certain strategies before the Major?
To be honest, I am not thinking too much about those things right now. We simply have to keep creating new ideas all the time.
I do not usually try to save strategies. If I think we need to use something, we simply use it.
We do not think only about the Major. Of course, sometimes we have a big strategy or something extremely specific that we try to keep hidden. But that is not the case this time.
