Virtus.pro became champions of the WINLINE MPKBK CIS LAN Season 5. waynay spoke with the team’s player, Alexander “AquaRS” Kovalev, after the first trophy for the organization’s new roster. — For you, within the framework of the VP.Prodigy roster, this is the second LAN [from MPKBK] and a victory on the second attempt — what are your feelings?
I’m glad we managed to win. The game was super tough; I had no strength left except to shout. The guys are awesome, this victory was very important for us, it will give us a boost.

— Can you tell me about the first map? In the hall, these four series of overtimes evoked strong emotions and nerves in many people.
We just didn’t give up at all. We kept pushing to the end, shouting at the top of our lungs, trying to support each other, because we knew we could win. We didn’t fully capitalize on our opportunities, we gave away a lot, and basically, it’s very hard to play against such an opponent.

— In VP.Prodigy, you were the IGL; now it’s mir. Did you help Kolya in any way to adapt his understanding of the game and captaincy to your players?
No, I didn’t help at all. ProbleM was mainly the one who worked with us, and now he’s working with us, and he and Kolyan were the ones who handled all this stuff.
— AquaRS
— Thank you for the interview, and congratulations on your victory once again!
Thanks!
